That is some cheek, for a Tory councillor to say:
We have inherited a Council in a perilous financial position.
In case anyone was born yesterday, as this councillor seemingly was, you were in power for 20 fucking years prior to Labour's three. It's the Conservatives that put the council in the perilous financial position in the first place!
